Fitness Swimming for 90 days; Day One
Warm-up a 200 Sprint Freestyle @65% and increase as you warm-up

P-Pull  
   S-Swim
25 x 25 Sprint Strong Stroke @75%  :10R
00:00R- Means how much rest you get
Strong Stroke- Is YOUR strongest stroke
100 each of Pull, Kick, Swim  @60%   :20R
Cool Down is actually personal i believe depending on how you feel, after i would recommend an easy 100 or just a 50
Make sure you hydrate and get plenty of rest

I Can.

“I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”

Reflect-
Advice I've gotten and tell others is: God will never take something away from you without replacing  it with something better. God has so much strength and when you give it all to him he will help and guide your way. You can everything with your confidence in him. Pray.

Finish the race




However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. Acts 20:24
Reflect-
When your down, or just feel you can't do the impossible, ask yourself, What's impossible for god? Nothing. Nothing is impossible for god. If you believe and give god everything, you can achieve success. "Finish the race" make god the reason to finish whatever race your facing.
